    made the right decision to shut the game down BUT I love this game too much to go without it I thank the Mr V and his crew to step in We were hoping that they would be able to fix the game But Ben was right that it would only be bandaids I ve come to accept that slowness and errors are here to stay I also know that when I get errors others get it too and the game slows down for everyone except for the few that got SDs and the right place to forage Again I appreciate that we still get to play WB I don t even bother to email support as I don t expect them to be able to fix it I hope we ll get bad way to support a game and a horrendous way to support multiple games Get yourself a support tool like Zendesk or Freshdesk or Helpscout or whatever It will help you stop answering the same questions over and over again and help you keep track of issues Second you don t have to answer the same questions repeatedly if you post something publicly If you know there is an issue please say We are experiencing Issue X right now in the WallaBee forums This will automatically stop the influx of customer questions you are getting It seems like maybe that s not the way that Munzee does things but it s the kind of transparency that WallaBee users have come to expect over the years It s also an industry best practice I say that having worked for one of the above help desk software companies for several years You re screwing this up guys You re taking a game that we love and you re crapping on the service side of things that was the absolute best in the business Fix it It s not the bugs     is all about being social There s something beautiful that happens when people meet for a common goal across the globe It helps make the world a smaller place Please do not fake your location in order to gain items unfairly Swearing Publicly Don t do it WallaBee is a family game Please do not swear or use foul language in any public areas of the app that our younger users might have access to This includes but is not limited to forums comments and your username Harassing Trolling Bullying You should not defame harass or otherwise bully any players in our game either publicly or privately We have a zero tolerance policy on this and any breaches will lead to immediate banning of your account and your devices Spamming Trolling In The Forums As a family friendly game no one wants to see petty arguments on the forums In the end this is just a game Anybody getting riled up enough to start a flaming war has no place here If you spam the forums provoke arguments troll others or are confrontational we reserve the right to disable your ability to take part in the forums This applies whether you start an argument or were provoked into one Real World Trading Selling While you may trade items and honeycombs with other players through the intented of the game we do not allow real world sale or purchase of accounts items or any in app currency The only exception to this rule is any charity items we may add to the Branded Items section for example Dryathlon Able Gamers WallaBacker which may be made available only via donation Complete Agreed Trades Auctions If you have agreed to a trade you must complete it If you don t we will complete it for you In addition if you list an auction and then you are unhappy with the bids you must complete the auction even if you are unhappy with the bids Please don t enlist friends or family to increase your auction bid This is unfair to other players with honest bids and will not be tolerated For more information on Auction House Rules please check out the Auction Forum Dropped Locked Items One thing that should be pointed out is that once you drop an item you no longer have any say what happens to it If you don t want random players from picking up your items you should use a lock so that only you can pick it up If you want to swap an item with a specific player we d recommend you do this via the trade feature rather than dropping and swapping If you drop an item you no longer own it There is no such thing as player stashes While many players believe there is etiquette involved when picking items up there isn t Any dropped item is fair game to be picked up If you are criticized for doing this please let
