    Training Representatives Social insurance Applying for asylum Health Welfare services Children and family Benefits and support Working environment Through work people participate in the life of society Their work may have a positive or negative impact on their health Contact with risk factors may damage people s physical and mental health When there are no such risks and people are interested in and enthusiastic about the work they do the satisfaction they gain from it grows and their health and sense of well being improves In order to create a sense of work based well being a consistent influence must be brought to bear on the working environment which can be altered significantly as a result of technological updates Effective measures in this area require consistent planning Cooperation must also be planned and carried out in order to further develop working conditions particularly in areas of management where the decisions that are made have an impact on working life generally Working environment policy is designed not only to eliminate or reduce any risks and negative effects presented by the working environment but also to develop positive factors which make the physical mental and social well being of employees possible The
